Sports, Health & Fitness Week

Pupils have this week been learning about keeping healthy. They have tried out new sports such as judo, karate, zumba, tennis and aerobics. They learned about steps to take to protect themselves from the sun. P4 – P7 tried out new recipes, cooking burgers and couscous with a variety of vegetables. Unfortunately, the weather on Wednesday meant that Sports Day has had to be postponed. On Friday, all pupils ran at least 10 times round the pitch in a Sponsored Run. They would like to thanl all parents and friends who sponsored them in this event.
