BrainPOP demo @ WLED Ogilvie House
West Lothian Education Centre are hosting a BrainPOP UK demonstration on Tuesday 2nd March from 16.30 to 17.45.
BrainPOP UK is a learning resource of animated movies and interactive quizzes that lets you easily and quickly find resources that support Curriculum for Excellence. Each short animation features Tim and his robot best friend Moby who via fun and contemporary narratives, make concepts both simple and accessible. Each movie is supplemented by an optional quiz which can be done either as a class to stimulate discussion or individually to test knowledge and reinforce learning. BrainPOP UK is ideal for encouraging curiosity and independent study. Resources cover Science, Geography, History, Religion, English, PSHE and Design & Technology with new movies continually being added.
